All of the work on non-duality, or waking up, eventually comes to the place where the rubber meets the road: the place where things are actually tested. For me, that place is relationships. The ultimate reality of awakening is tested and revealed in relationships of all kinds.

So this is a very relevant conversation, though I know it is not very common in many non-duality circles or satsang groups. I spend a lot of time in these groups, and a couple of people here know this from the work we did with our teacher. In general, though, many spiritual groups take a much lighter approach to relationships, or they even say, "This is not what we talk about here."
I understand the purpose of that. These groups focus on the direct approach to awakening, and there is value in that. But my own preference tends to be more of a mix.
